Okay so here is my first ever online food diary....
Breakfast: nothing, but only because my hubby left me to sleep in and I woke up at 11am...
Lunch: pasta with fat free garlic dressing..and a spoonful of quark.
Dinner: lean chicken and pork pieces marinated in tikka spices over night..
Boiled rice.
And steamed broccoli and cauliflower with garlic and chili sprinkles.
Herbs and spices wedges with fry light oven roasted.
Ok so any help to where im going wrong would be so appreciated .
Im guessing this is an EE day? Can you have as many potatoes as you want on EE? Cos these ones are huge....btw I cook for me and my husband so if the portions sound huge its cos im talking about it as a whole cos I haven't dished it out yet lol x
So plans changed a tad with dinner...
Boiled rice
Green beans
Broccoli
Sw style sticky pork...
Iv tried several times to post a pic but it wont for some reason x
