I've had a lovely day today. We went into Manchester, met my big sister & then we went it see Thor 2, it was brill really enjoyed it! Then we went out to Jamie's Italian for tea. I had oven roasted semolina topped cod with cannelini beans in tomato sauce, with kale. <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=113298"/><img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=113299"/>
I removed the skin & fish cooked in no oil so that was very good. . Xx

Thank you I'd definitely go again although the BF wasn't too fussed as the portions aren't very big but it was tasty but the atmosphere was really nice and relaxing, it just needed Jamie to pop in and say hi like Fizz did when I went in her restaurant on my birthday. The only thing today was the rain was lashing it down and it was hailing too! No umbrella and silly shoes so my feet were wet nearly all day, in fact my she's split a little so now there in the bin. Now I need to get some new shoes or boots for this weather. Xxx

Anyway food today was EE :-

B = boiled egg, fruit salad (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, mango, grapes, kiwi) yogurt
S = grapes & satsuma
L = Subway chicken & ham salad, cheese (3), sweet onion dressing (2), hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b) & sugar free vanilla latte (hex a)
D = Jamie's oven roasted cod, cannellini beans in tomato sauce (2) kale, 2 chips (1.5)
A = hi fi light blackcurrant (1/2 hex b), blueberries & raspberries, yogurt, biscuit (2), maltesers (9.5)

Total syns = 20. Oops! Xx

Hello everyone, and good afternoon. What a chilli start this morning it took the BF a while to defrost the car. Not done much though been to the gym, went out for breakfast at the pub and then grocery shopping. Football is on so they'll be no more movement at all today. I don't even have to cook anything proper today as the BF wants sausage & scrambled egg for his tea so easy peasy lazy day (I'll have a jacket potato with cheese & beans yum)

How's everyone? I think I'm going to make a scan bran cake later. Football however is boring me xx

Oh Football isn't my cup of tea either - thankfully hubby isn't into it, much to my delight sounds really cold up your way. We had roast pork lunch with family before they went one and are now watching a film - The Golden Compass, all snug in the lounge

Hate footie. Good job my son prefers to play it instead of watching it. I jave made a banana cake as I can't get to grips with doing a scan bran on. Mine xome out soggy. No idea why as I follow the recipe step by step! Never mind yours always looks nice

Evening cookie. Football has been on in ours. Hubby happy as Newcastle won and I am delighted that Sunderland won!!! Had a chilled day and visited relatives too. I made a chocolate scran bran cake today and forgot to put sweetener in it boo. It's ok with a yoghurt for a bit sweetness I guess. Hubby is earlies tomorrow and I have just sent him into the garage for some de icer. It's like the north pole in Geordie land, the grass was all frosty this morning! Enjoy your chilled day x

The football is finally over! Its felt like a blooming long Sunday because of it. 3 games! Its just too much, then there's the highlights to come later.

Anyway we've just had tea and now were watching a programme we both like (hallelujah) my kindle is charging up for the train tomorrow and I'm almost packed just toiletries & hand bag to sort yay!

So food today is EE:-
B = poached eggs, ham, mushroom, tomato, beans, 1x w/m bread & raspberries (1/2 hex b)
L = fruit salad (melon, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, mango, kiwi) & yogurt
S = banana, hi fi light bar & yogurt (1/2 hex b)
D = jacket potatoes (1/2 sweet) cheese ( hex a) beans, salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers)
A = scan bran carrot cake (2.5) chocolate buttons (6) gingerbread latte (4.5)

Total syns = 13
My breakfast was actually a JD wetherspoon breakfast eggs Benedict, no muffin or hollandaise sauce, I sneaked in a slice of bread from home but they didn't notice he he xxx
