Happy new year cookie!! Lovely baby piccy sounds like you have a good plan ahead for your food ( unlike me who is still emptying the freezer of garbage junk naughty stuff at the most
I'm aiming to be back at it in a couple of weeks Max (still having to travel over to mums old house too to oversee the works there which is causing me stresssy eating patterns) xxx

Yes, feeling positive myself and wanting to hit my target by my birthday in July so that's just over 7 months in which to do it. It will be hard as I know my own weaknesses but I'll just have to work on them. Have found lots of help on the site already so sure that I'll get lots of encouragement too.

Hello, New Year's Day tea was gorgeous best £2.00 spent in 2013. The gammon has done 4 teas with loads left over I keep nibbling it, its so good.
Anyway food today is EE:-
B = rice pudding, fruit salad & yogurt.
L = tomato speed soup, banana & clementine, 2 quality street toffee fingers (4)
D = roast gammon, sweet potato, sprouts, carrots, peas, broccoli, baby corn, butternut squash, 1/2 tesco Yorkshire pudding (0.5), gravy (1.5)
A = rice pudding again with fruit & yogurt.

Ive just realised I've not had my hex b or a so I'll have either a latte & hi fi bars or piece of toast.
Better than I thought really xx

Good evening all, I'm home and bathed feel fresh as a daisy now.
Work felt hard today, everyone looked shattered.

Anyway I wi and I lost 2.5lbs yay! :clap:

I'm hoping by next week all of my Xmas gain will have gone but for now it feels good!

Food today is EE:-
B = rice pudding, fruit salad & yogurt.

S = hi fi light bar (3) grapes
D = roast gammon, sweet potato wedges, butternut squash, sprouts, broccoli, carrots, baby corn, gravy (1.5) 1/2 tesco Yorkshire pud (1)
A = scan bran carrot cake (2) fruit salad, yogurt, latte (hex a +2)
Then I've nibbled a bit more gammon whilst portioning it for freezing

Total syns = 11.5

I think I might go green tomorrow so I can have double hex a but still not decided yet,

Good morning, I'm in work for 12 but I don't fancy it today. Want to be a kept woman but Brett says we can't afford it :( never mind.

I've just had rice pudding breakfast, but don't know what to have for tea yet? Jacket potato or ??

Definitely a Green Day today:-

B = rice pudding, fruit salad & yogurt
L = tomato speed soup, fruit salad, hi fi bar (hex b)
S = banana & persimmon, latte (hex a + 2)
D = jacket potato, cheese (hex a), baked beans, courgettes & mushrooms (haven't any salad in!)
A = scan bran carrot cake (1/2 hex b + 1), fruit salad, yogurt, hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)

I might have some crisps later on at 3 syns, to make it 6. We're out for dinner on Sunday so I'll save some syns for then :)

Pasta in homemade tomato sauce, one meatball & cheese (hex a) so no latte for me. I'm counting 4 syns for the beef meat ball as on Green today. I'll eat my soup tomorrow now or later tonight if I'm hungry. I also nibbled 6 oddities too :( would 2 syns cover it? I've had now 6 extra syns on top of my plan so no crisps later on.

There's just so much food in work today!
