Don't know how you manage to stay up til one Cookie - by about 10 I start to yawn :)

Good morning lovelies, how are we? It's sunny here which is nice to see. I've just got back after dropping Brett off & I'm going to do a little exercise before lunch. Hello. Exercise done and I have to say I found it blooming hard too. 55 minutes should be easy but I've been slacking off so it wasn't but I did enjoy it and I burnt 305 calories too :)
Just had lunch which was lush and I'm thinking of doing a Red Day if I can, got my book with me so ill see if I can figure it out, if not i'll stick with EE
I'm feeling brilliant today too hoping it'll show on the scales on Thursday.

Hello, just need to update my food so I don't forget anything.
B = banns & toast (1/2 hex b)
L = chicken (0.5), tuna & egg salad with lighter mayo (1), w/m bread (1/2 hex b)
S = banana & clementine, crisps (4)
D = salmon, butternut squash, sprouts, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, new potatoes, cheese (hex a), mayo (1)
A = scan bran muffins (4) fruit & yogurt hi fi light (3)
Total syns = 13 & no chips yay! Oops pink wafer (2) new total now 15 :)
 
Good morning, it is still morning isn't it? I'm still in bed, Brett treated me to another breakfast in bed, I asked if I could have my full heb of toast as I was starving yesterday & the difference its made is loads better.

I'm going to get up soon, I've a feeling mrstore PF is close by, I feel like she's become a weird little friend at the moment, don't normally see her that often! :0
 
Morning Cookie hope you slept well. It may be the little changes your making to your hex's and mixing up foods thats got the PF visiting? our bodies are weird and wonderful lol x

B = banana on 2x w/m toast (hex b), clementines
L = 2 LMC red onion sausages, broccoli, sprouts, butternut squash, 1tsp gravy granules made up (1.5)? Grapes & clementine
S = Scan bran muffin (2) fruit salad & yogurt
D = jacket potato, cheese (hex a), baked beans, 60g tuna (3.5), mayo lighter light (1), salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, peppers, onion, carrot)
A = hi fi bar (hex b)

Total syns = 8 so far may add on,
