I don't know about Syns so never mind.
Today is EE:-
Breakfast = banana & marmalade (1) toast (b), fruit
Lunch = SW broccoli quiche, beans & butternut squash
Snack = fruit & latte (a)
Dinner = lamb curry & rice, broccoli, cauliflower & butternut squash, 1/4 fried dumpling (2.5)?
Afters = cake (10) drop of custard (3)
Total syns = 16.5 not bad

Good morning
Just a quick one as off to work shortly, I have been a naughty Cookie this weekend. I've over indulged and I'm on 118 Syns so fat this week and three days to go before wi eek! I can't be cross with myself though as I had a lovely weekend and it would appear that cream teas / afternoon teas are my weakness and joy!
Anyway today I'm on EE:-
Breakfast = LMC red onion sausages & fruit
Lunch = butternut squash soup, yogurt
Snack = latte & hi fi light bar & fruit
Dinner = salmon, mash, vegetables, no gravy as I've no syns left
Afters = fruit & yogurt, hi fi light bar
Total syns = 0
Hex's = milk & hi fi lights.

Hello! Time certainly flies when I'm due in work on late shifts yet goes rather slow once I'm in work grrr!
Anyhow I've made a couple of tweaks to food, I didn't eat my mash potato and turned Monday and Tuesday into Red Days which I've really enjoyed, having the extra hex's make up for having no Syns although I've had 2.5 yesterday = 120.5 eek! I'm feeling good though.
Today is my last late then off for two days and I so need those days off! Having a Green Day:-
Breakfast = 2 soft boiled eggs & orange
Lunch = jacket potato, cheese, beans & salad, few grapes & yogurt
Snack = fruit, latte (a), hi fi bars
Dinner = LMC sausage, spinach & butternut squash
Afters = fruit, yogurt, scan bran buns
Total syns = 0
Hex's = cheese & milk, scan bran & hi fi bars

Good morning.
I'm so tired but getting up now as lots to do before work at 3pm. At wi yesterday I lost 1.5lbs so very happy with that 3.5 to go
