are there any syn free or very low syn cookie recipes going round please .
i found this one bit i havnt tried it i will later.
choc&mint meringue cookies...
2 tbsp cocoa
splenda ...i need to convert 1/2 cup measure of normal sugar.
2 egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp mint essence
basically bung everything except egg whites in a bowl and mix then add whisked whites by folding in.
bake for 1 hr (it says at 250 but that sounds very high) then leave to cool for 2 hours in a cooling oven ...
it says it makes 50 cookies which would mean 2.5 syns for 50! we will see !anyone fancies trying it b4 me please let me know how they worked out xx
