I have been cooking for most of the day, I have made homemade burgers - free

Chicken nuggets - I used ww bread as the breadcrumbs - 3 slices for all of the nuggets, not sure how to syn that per nugget

I have made scotch eggs, also with breadcrumbs made with ww bread.....the sausages I used are ww Cumberland one, 1/2syn each I think - 2 slices of bread for 6 scotch eggs

And I am also going to make potato croquettes

How would you track these

You have been busy, white wholemeal bread is 3 syns per slice. You would have to x by 3 eg 9. Then work out how many nuggets you made. If you made 9 it would be 1 syn each. I never was good at maths. Not sure about the croquettes.

Try using Scan Bran to cover the scotch eggs. 1 syn each. Need a good bashing with a rolling pin or pestle and mortar. One tip for making scotch eggs , always keep you hands wet when moulding the sausage round the egg
