I use the light coconut milk and once it's divided out bewteen 3 or 4 of you its worth the syns. personally for me, virtually any form of yogurt in cooking is a no no x
I add Muller Greek style coconut and vanilla to Thai Curries and Kormas, cook in chicken stock, when cooked take off the boil and leave to cool a little before stirring in the yoghurts, makes them lovely and creamy especially the thai.
In going to keep my eyes out for the coconut mullers as I don't mind cooking with yogurts at all - I too always remove from hear first & also tend to lift yogurt out of the fridge a good 10mins or so before using "0)
