I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've picked up a Quorn biryani recipe and it has dried apricots in it and I would quite like to try it with them in. But how do I syn them? Is it just the syns for however many I use or are there extra syns for cooking them as well?
They have their own syn value and you count it as that. They don't gain more syns in cooking. Or you can have 71g dried apricots as a HEB on a green day!
