Coping strategies for New Year's

S: 77.5kg C: 76.7kg G: 66kg BMI: 28.5 Loss: 0.8kg(1.05%)
I am looking for tips on how to cope with this evening's excess of food and drink.

So far I have:
1. Exercised till I drop to build up a calorie reserve.
2. Made sure that I have some healthy dishes available as well (dinner is at my house).

What else should I be doing? Does anyone have some other tips?

I have never made it through a single Xmas or New Years without falling of the wagon. I really want to change that this evening! Am a bit worried though that once the champagne comes out all my good intentions will fly out the window.
