I've got a question about how each of us copes with various situations - and looking for help and encouragement with two that I've got coming up!
This afternoon - a 'cream tea' at work - this means scones and jam and proper cream; mini patisserie and mini muffins. I HAVE to go.
Saturday/Sunday - a family barbecue. I haven't told too many people what I'm doing, I don't want this party to be all about MEEEE and I don't want to spend all day/evening justifying what I'm doing to people who probably won't understand why a bit of sausage WILL do me harm, thank you. I'm all sorted with taking packs, blender, bottled water, tetras and even a sneaky bar that my CDC let me buy (am only week 2), that's not a problem, its how on earth do you cope with quietly doing CD and not really making an issue of it when people will definitely be asking 'why aren't you having a cake/burger/glass of wine' ??
Any thoughts, anyone? I am starting to panic a bit, if I'm honest!
