Copy of Quick Start?

Hi there, I'm new here About to start ww, but can't find any of my literature from last time I was on it. I am being cheeky and was wondeing if any1 has a copy of quick start they could send me?

Hi There... I was planning on going bk to classes, but I just can't get to them with times and work etc so my plan was to root out stuff from last time. I am annoyed that I can't find it, I just know I kept it. Unfortunately i have a hubby with a tidying OCD, so I am blaming him for binning them LOL.

fast start is just cutting to 22 points if you normally have 23 or above, or 18 if you have 22 or below. You dont have to follow the meals they put in the book
