Another flapjack recipie... I like my sweet things, and these seem so nice and easy to make... probably healthier than buying pre-made bars and most certainly lower in points

Ingredients
200 g Tesco Scottish Porridge Oats
1 can Waitrose Apricot Halves, In Juice
3 tablespoon Tate & Lyle Splenda low Calorie Sweetener Granular
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Cut apricots into small pieces, put in pan with juice and heat on hob until boiling.
Add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla essence - stir.
Take off hob and add porridge oats - mix well
Spray baking tray with fry lite - Spread mixture evenly on baking tray
Bake for 30-35 mins, until golden brown - leave to cool for 10 mins - cut into pieces.
