I've done the core plan once or twice. It is brilliant! I did find it hard to get into at the beginning but it's wonderful if you have a regular routine and need an extra bit of discipline.

Just remember you can't eat until you're stuffed. You must follow the guidelines - eat before you get too hungry and stop eating when you're satisifed. Snack on fruit and vegetables between meals and processed foods have to be taken from your weekly points allowance.
