Hey ladies,
I'm firmly back on the ww wagon today after my disasterous last few weeks.
My appetite seems to have gone wild and i'm wanting to shove anything that is packed full of sugary processed carbs in my mouth, and seem to have lost my off switch.
I've been looking into the core plan and although I know its no longer encouraged by ww it seems perfect for me.
Just basically wanted to know if it works or is it a bit hit an miss with some people?
I have a basic list of foods from the norreen blackett site, but wasn't too sure if i could still have tinned tomatoes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D.

Thanks Fuzzy, probably wont start it until next week and i've got my head around it and menus sorted.

good luck with it, Core is great if you want to eat that little bit more at mealtimes without having to count it.. i'm sure you will do fine LR :) let us know how you get on xxx

A lot of people have great success with Core Plan so I would give it a go if I was you and see how you get on. WW don't encourage it anymore because it doesn't really make them any money, the WW products would have to be pointed so most Corers don't bother having them or just occasionally. Good luck.

Good luck with the core plan I used a version of it to loose most of my weight and it did it for me. Hoep you get on alright

Never done the core plan before but my friend often has weeks on the core plan and it definately works for her! I'd defo give it a bash, nothing to lose
