Costa egg sandwich syns?

Hi, I've just started doing SW from home (ie just me and a little lonely SW book lol!) & hoping someone can tell me how many syns are in a costa egg sandwich if possible?! I'll just go by the rough guide in the book if not... Thanks in advance!

There is no free food allowance on shop bought sandwiches so it would be a straight one syn for every 20 calories
Costa have all their nutritional info in store and on their website. It says the egg sandwich is 362 calories so that would make it 18 syns sorry. If it was wholemeal bread you could take 6 syns off if using the bread for your HEB but very few sandwiches are actually wholemeal, most are malted bread

Hmm I don't think it was wholemeal... It's fine though, I never have my full syn allowance & knew it would be high, the price of lunch on the go! Thankfully doesn't happen often... Back to the mugshots tomorrow! Thanks for your reply
