Cottage cheese

Ok so cottage cheese? Is there a variety that actually exists in the UK that is free on EE???

The book says it has to be fat FREE, but all I can find is stuff that is low fat, which according to the book has to be 0.5 syns per 100g. It is very low fat stuff I'm getting but I've been synning it as per the food optimising book so I'm not overeating! Help!

Check syns online by brand there are lots of plain very low fat ones free and some flavoured.

Is there a Sainsbury's one? My friend and I had been shopping and could not find one that said fat free specifically?

I think it has to be very low fat rather than fat free. I'm sure the one from the Sainsbury healthy eating range - is it Be Good to Yourself? - will be fine. It's only when they start adding fruit and and stuff that the syns come into play
