Ok so that's day 3 done and week 2 complete! The second to last jog was really difficult for me but I think that's just because the wind was in my face and was going uphill a bit. I was grand running back down the hill and did an extra minutes jog during my cool down. Next week should be interesting. Two 3 minute jogs... Hmm... Lol! Hope I'm able for it!

For the love of god I seem to have forgotten to do day 3 of week 2. So I'm gonna do it now even though I'd zumba last night. That leaves me with week 3 and this extra day to do this week plus my usual 2 zumba classes. Ha I'm gonna be fit this week lol xxxx
 
Okay all done, was alot harder than the rest. Think my legs are tired after last night. Going to make breakie now xx

hi everyone! OMG i have been ill for a week so have not done any running, been in bed, so so ill but feeling better, well enough to run again, i can actually breathe again!! yay! :) so how does this work? i guess im going to have to do my week 2 this week?? to be honest ive managed to lose 3lb in the last week because my appetite has been non existent, i couldnt taste anything for a week - really depressing! but happy to lose the weight obviously!! :) hope everyone is keeping themselves fit and healthy in the run up to xmas!
 
Aww hiya and welcome back, sorry to hear you were so ill. At least you feel better now. Leave the running till you are 100% and don't push yourself to hard incase you hurt yourself. Good luck if you decide to go ahead with it xx
 
Didn't find it too hard today, must be getting used to it. The 3 minutes does seem long though, don't know what I'll be like when I've to run 20 lol

I'm a bit behind on this. Did Week 3 Day 1 today. Very cold and slippy out there and will have to stop the running for a while if that weather keeps up. :( Hopefully I'll do day 2 on sunday and day 3 early next week and then I'm into week 4.
Tonight was a bit tough, the last 3 min jog I got a stitch lol! Ouch..
