Im just back from doing week 1 day 2. Was freezing at start now im roasting :) did it outside dragged poor matt with me. Found it ok but sure its only week 1.

finished week one this morning and OH finally downloaded the program so i didnt have to clock watch which made it go quicker! not looking forward to W2 though...i was still knackered at the end of W1 !!!! we shall see!!
 
Day 2 of Week 2 done this morning...been hard to get out this week so I have been doing the 30 day shread as well and my legs are in bits....I really found the run hard today so I might repeat week 2, will see how I feel after the 3rd day
 
I'd say doing the shred is making it harder hon... See how you get on. Try day 1 of week 3 and if its too much then repeat week 2 x

Wow, you go girls!

I started going on the treadmill a few months ago.
starting out, I was VERY unfit cause I had no stamina and I also have asthma & bronchitus so this was not very easy at first :p
Started out with 2 kilometres an hour at first lol, now I'm on 4.5 kilometres an hour, and since I do 2 hours each time, I walk 9 kilometres :D
I call it super brisk walking lol.
Tried to run, but my heartrate spiked up to 200 and I couldn't breathe properly, but hopefully when my stamina gets better, so will my heartrate.

I'd love some tips if you have any :D
 
Why don't you try the c25k plan hon? It doesn't have you running constantly... It goes from walk to jog at different intervals. Don't try to run fast or you'll burn out. Jog just a lil faster than you walk and keep a steady pace. That's what I've been doing... I do it outside so not entirely sure of speeds or distance but will try to measure sometime and see :)

Week 5 day 1 done today at the beach, it was alright - tough enough. Dreading day 3 - 20 minute non stop run!!

finished week 2 day 1 tonight. went to the gym and did it on the treadmill. its easier on the treadmill than on the footpaths so think i better stick at least twice a week to the roads.its just soooooo cold out there :(
