I finished work so late tonight that I didn't do it but I will stay as late as I have to In order to do it tomorrow!

Also I'm frightened as I have severe dermatitis on my hands as the company have brought some new cleaning chems in and all of the skin is peeling off my fingers- it hurts to touch anything so hoping it won't hurt to sweat!

Damn these blooming allergies!!!

Hi everyone...

Sorry ive been AWOL, changed internet provider and had problems switching over. Lost connection totally!:mad:

Anyhow, im back, :D

But, to top it all i did my back in at work :sign0007: so been advised by physio to take it easy for a couple of weeks. Been swimming and walking on treadmill. (Physio won't let me run just yet.:sigh:)

Hoping to get back running soon though!:)

Hi, what exactly is the C25K program that I've heard so much about? How often do you do it? Can you do it on a treadmill? Is it an iPhone app program that you use? Which one is it?

Enough of the 20 questions!!
 
Its all in the first post on this thread hon. Its a running programme for beginners to get them from couch to running 5k. You do it 3 times a week for about 30mins. Yes there is a version for treadmill and apps available to make it easier to follow (check links on first post) xx

I've just jogged 5k in 35mins yipee!! and managed to talk the whole way round with my sister in law :)

On sad note, think I have shin splints, quite painful once I stop running but fine while I'm running :-( Over all though I'm delighted x
 
That's fantastic hon. I hope I'll be able to catch up with you soon. My shins are hurting lately too ate my runs :( tiger balm before and after!!
I have no idea how far I'm running, how did you keep track hon? X

Well done Laura - brilliant! Hope ur shins are ok...

my friend has been poorly so have done an hours class and 35mins gym for the last two days instead ... will hopefully do day 3 of week 3 tomorrow :D - I am behind a few days but I will complete it whatever happens :D xx
