Hiya, to be honest I haven't lost much weight since I started exercising either. I did lose an inch here and there though so make sure to check your measurements in case you're toning up. I do have only half a some left to lose though so its slooooow anyway. It is annoying when losses stall even though we're trying to exercise etc. :(

Hi everyone not been on here for a couple of weeks.Same here im on sw and since xmas i ve been doing c25k,on week 7 today,my weightloss has hardly moved! The odd lb here and there but thats about it! Hopefully we re toning up though but i still have a stone and half to lose! been really enjoying the running,was in a right panic the thought of doing 20 mins but even managed the 25 yesterday of week 6! I made the kids come out for a proper run with me the other day as i do mine on the treadmill and i was shocked how hard it is outside!I didnt take my mp3 and laura with me but i only managed to run for 2 mins at a time! It was soooo hard and i was gutted as i thought id be off jogging down the lane lol ! I feel i ll have to re do the whoe thing after just so i can do it outside,anyone else found this difficult?

Well done on getting to Week 7 first of all. If you are not used to running outside then you will find it hard at first yes. I never ran on a treadmill so can't compare but Laura did and she can run outside now as well. You might want to alternate days on the treadmill and days outside if you want to be able to run outside.
Regarding weight loss, mine has been almost non existant but I'm happy enough to be able to jog. Keep an eye on your measurements. :) x

I'm finished my training!! 9 weeks of c25k (with a couple weeks off at xmas). I can now jog for 30 minutes and completed a 5k fun run today in phoenix park in 32 minutes. Good luck to everyone with the rest of their training - I'm keeping an eye on this thread and will keep up my training too :)

Thanks azwethinkweiz,im planning to finish the program on the treadmil then try outside.I do it in the morns before work so dont really fancy running outside then,i like to hide myself in the garage doing it haha! And a big well done to u for finishing the program and for doing your fun run u must feel great...such an achievement isnt it i cant believe how well the program works really,i struggled to jog for 2 mins at xmas now im doing 25 mins...unreal!! I just hope the weightloss speeds up abit soon as im starting to have the odd few naughty bits thinking well i aint losing anyway!!! keep up the good work everyone xx

Im starting this today - though on a treadmill. Im not really comfortable with running in public yet!
 
welcome kimboowee.same here i like to do my running in the garage in private lol !!! good luck its a great program,im running for 25 mins now and struggled to do 2 mins at xmas....so it really does work!!!x

Definitely. I tell anyone who'll listen how good the plan is. I can jog for 35 minutes now, albeit slowly but I couldn't jog for 2 minutes before xmas!

I've yet to start! My mum decided to paint her 2nd bedroom/home gym so I ordered 30 day shred.

Would it be good to do them alongside each other or would it be too much?

Hmm I've heard the shred is quite hard... Might be tough doing both.try for a week and see but don't burn yourself out honey!

I jogged for 40 mins tonight. Pretty chuffed with that. Onwards and upwards x
