Couch to 5 km

As anyone started while on 100%. I'm only on day 6, should I wait a little bit more before attempting it (yet again!!!)?
 
Hi Starbright.....

I started the couch to 5k last Thursday and have Day1 & 2 done. Day 3 is tomorrow when I will also restart TFR..... I expect to be far more tired but will see how it goes!
 
If your only in the first few weeks i'd say go for it.... whats the worst that can happen.... you stop!! And start when your feeling a bit better!!!

Listen to your body!! You'll do just great!! x

Good luck - I think you can apply still for 2012 London Marathon! I understand also that the London Olympics are looking for people for the opening ceremony who can walk around the arena waving countries flags - my nephew has just been given a place!
 
I'm on Day 6 of LT and did day 1 of C25K last night :) found it ok tbh ...felt a bit wobbly at one point so instead of jogging as they were suggesting I decided to walk for longer and was then ok for the next stint of jogging :) x x x Go for it ;) you never know unless you try :) x x x
