Couch to 5k

Hi guys has anyone seen this on the NHS website.

Its a couch to 5k in 9 weeks action plan.

Im thinking of giving it ago after i have completed a few weeks on the diet.

Has anyone done it or considering it.

About to download the podcasts. :)

im not doing that specifically but i own a pretty decent treadmill and after the first week i started interval jogging on it ..ie 3 minutes walking then 3 jogging..i can manage 22 minutes comfortably at the moment...the first week of the diet i barely had the energy to get out of bed so take it easy the first couple of weeks.

I also have a treadmill not that you'd think it lol :)
Sounds like a very good starting point though x

I have done this last year and it's amazing - you think you can't do it but you do :eek: ... Before you know it you will be running 5K.
I run now whenever I can fit it in and it feels great. It's true what they say, it is adictive.
