I have got a bad cough and a really scratchy throat, water just won't cut it!! Anybody know of any cough sweets/syrups that are sugar free and vlcd safe? I want to send OH out to fetch them as in bed feeling dreadful.
I don't want to give up the diet as this is the first time I've started and actually stuck it out for longer than two days. Ketostix confirm I'm firmly in ketosis and don't want to knock myself out and struggle to get back in it again!!
