i have been having a tidy oit of my kitchen cupboards and have come acroos some packet mixs and some jars and i cant find to syns for them when i searched so was hoping someone could help me out... if you need other info from the packetsi can do that for you.....

Well done on your clear out! You are probably better posting this in the syns thread section up above. That's the best place to get it answered, as it's specifically for that stuff, and avoids your questions getting lost on the chatter of the main board!
