have woken up feeling sort of better thanks steff,
got to go to the berks with son for his eyes, so will have my shake about 9.45. from there i will go into reading to see if i can find a low carb bar to keep me going til my order comes, the things we do, i dreamt i was eating rice cakes last night and in my dream was really furious with myself, thats because i saw chocolate coated ones in the shop yesterday lol.

Oh them bloody eye tests eh there a nightmare! My son goes every 8 weeks he hates it!

all good here, well wasnt earlier nearly had a breakdown in hospital, i knew son had a bad eye (his left one) its really bad but today they decided to only just say casually "oh the work you have been doing with him and the patches well now he isnt registered blind, AND as long as his other eye doesnt deteriorate he will be able to drive" what????? i didnt know it was half that bad, and couldnt get over why i wasnt told last year when we realised something wasnt right with his sight, i feel awful, we make him do gym , rugby, footie, athletics, judo , and swimming and when he used to moan he couldnt see properly because he cant always wear his glasses i thought it was because he just couldnt be bothered, feel a right meanie now ...

on the food front, had my strawberry shake at 9.30 i dont like that one, a crispy hot choc at 2pm, i did buy myself an atkins bar for this evening, they are huge so i can break it in half for tomorrow too.

Oh dear sorry its been abit of a pee'd off day at the hospital! Yeah my sons having to wear patches at the min he hates it!

You either love them or hate them! The decadence bars are too chewy and chocolaty for me tho

yes got them in boots steff, quite dear at over £2 each but they are so big, they are really chocolaty and quite rich,but i like them.

i am watching supersize and skinny, oh my, the poor people on there its nice to see the anerexic lady who is in recovery,

right after an emotional day i have had:
strawberry shake (yuck)
crispy choc shake hot
chilly with chicken and veg
half an atkins bar
1 cup of boulion, what a weird taste that is, not sure yet.

i have just ordered a box of them steff so i do hope i like them, probably will anything sweet is ok by me lol.
am so impressed with your weigh in, the scales havent moved for me since monday i just cant wait to see what my loss will be next monday, its only a few weeks now til my holiday, ooh cant wait.

i am going to up my water i really havent been drinking enough i am sure this must affect weight loss, so that is my mission, have got loads of bits to list for ebay so that will keep me busy for a bit, bedding all taken off am going to air beds for a bit, then crack on with housework downstairs, i am getting used to this being at home lark, and hubby wants to get a cleaner, he can employ me i think lol.

i know this would happen i just slipped a bit after 2 and a half weeks of perfect s&saving actually it wasnt a slip it was a crash and burn, i bought son a chocolate mousse with cakey bits in from tescos and he didnt finish it, on the way to the bin i loaded up his teaspoon with the biggest amount i could and just popped it in my greedy fat cakehole, even as i was doing it i knew it was wrong, what a dick!!!
so already buggered up back on tomorrow, so peed off with myself...

today i have had:
hot vanilla shake
porridge
tuna and salad
choc truffle bar
fat mouth of choc mousse :-(

Don't beat yourself up too much at least it wass only a teaspoon - I was hopping mine would leave me a crumb of chocolate brownie .... no chance!!

I did however manage to scoff a whole pack of ham on the way back from ASDA!!!!

fresh day, so lets get this show on the road, i was sweating over one mouthful, in the scale of things its not that bad, and if thats mde me feel bad i am surely not going gto go and have a complete binge, so back on track i am.
