haha kelstar, thats exactly what i thought, i had txted my friend to watch too as we loved the show and she was in disgust at the new guy, lol.

had a good day yesterday, went to bingo where i resisted the scrummy food coming out to people there, (didnt win)
have got a day in today son has been poorly all night and now has a raging temperature, he seems to do this every time we are going away so dont look like we are going tonight .

I've introduced a can of coke zero today I needs that treat now as it was a really tough day.

Going to keep going didn't want to add the veg until I really can't take no more. So I'm trying to hold off on that until I go into the 11s.

hi i have had the odd can of coke zero here and there it really helps to beat a bit of hunger more than water, i dont know how you are coping with no veg i use it to bulk out my meals a bit, i dont have a lot, how long is it til the 11s, i so cant wait to be where you are as thats my goal area, x

I weight 12.13 at the moment so another stone until I'm in the 11s so about a month.

Then I'll have veg until I get to 10 stone.

It does help the coke today that was my first can and I really enjoyed it.

Going to take a can and bar with me Saturday as I'm going out to cricket club with my daughter and bf as they are watching the football. My kids like going there playing pool n stuff and half time there's free sausage and chips this is where my can and bar come in

just had to break the news to oldest daughters that their nan died in the night, so so sad she was a lovely lady, only 62 that no age is it .

all set for the morning getting daughter fro her nutter boyfriend kids are going on ahead to our weekend break with my inlaws, mind you think son will be coming with me, poor little man.
she has just phoned to say he had her bank card and when she got paid he took money out £800, i have now cancelled the card theres not much he can do in a day is there and the £800 she can just write off its only money isnt it, i would rather have her happy

Oh dear he is awful but like you said its only money and once you have her save that's all that matters.

I hope it goes smoothly you getting your daughter I admire you for waiting. Think id of gone there and had him by the throat while she got her stuff.

I've had my first shake at 7.30, next is due at 12 yum not long. Hope the coke doesn't affect my weight loss.
