Well done, stick with it.
I have restarted this diet more times then I care to remember, but this time I seem to have cracked it, apart from the odd bad thing. Where before I would just give up, now I am jumping straight back on it and forgetting what I've just eaten.
I am now on my 4th week and as of Monday's WI I have lost 17lbs. I have next week off as I am away but then once I am back that's me until Xmas, going to keep going.
