YESTERDAY DAY 44

What a surprise I got when I opened the door when I saw my best friends. Hubby and her had planned in secret....she fly over meet with hubby and made it home all without me knowing what a shock I got when I opened the door. the hubby had told me he would be bringing a guest home for dinner.....I just assumed it was his mate from working coming so they could enjoy the footie.

Anyway as for SnS...I have shared with my friend what I am doing and she has been positive which make it easy while she is here to maintain it...hope I don't get tempted to accompany long catch ups with wine...

Breakfast: Mint Choc

Lunch: Spag Bol

Dinner: 100g grilled chicken 200g salad.

With all the chatting I forgot to have my last shake...

She will be here till tues so not long....not I want her to leave :(
 
What a lovely surprise :) are you going to stick to the plan whilst she is visiting?
 
I was planning to stay on plan as I had disclosed to her about it...

However on Friday after my return home from class I got even another surprise my othr best friends and her hubby were at my door....

A great surprise that they all planned this just for me...

I have not been on plan from Friday and wont be back on till Weds .......I am trying my best to be as good as possible as I am off it....

Today started of well...till I went round to see a frnd of a frnd who was here visiting and she made me have a piece of cake she had made for me special..
then with dinner had sweet potato ..

:-( so not a good day...

Getting back in the zone is proving difficult...
I have not gone back on plan....
2 mornings in a row and I started then didn't carry any bars with me (stupid) and I had sudden appts come up which meant I didn't make it home for my next shake and grabbed something on the go.
My period is also 12days late.....I have had a HCG blood test and its negative for pregnancy...could this be down to the diet?
My plan is to see the weekend out and start a clean week Mon morning...

It can be hard to get back on plan but I'm sure you will, you always sound so motivated.
VLCDs can play havoc with a woman's system! When I was on Cambridge I had a period for 6 weeks!! - very light and most days it was only half a day. But it's crazy what it does to you. So it's quite probable that it's this diet that's making you late. (-maybe do another pregnancy test just to be totally on the safe side of caution!!)

Since my last update I have been off plan.

Off plan as a decision taken by doc, due to missed period and still having a hic ups following my birth in May.

Still have two weeks of packs left and hoping I can put them to use again soon.

Since then the scales are only showing a 3lb gain which I am not disappointed with
 
Vlcd completely messed up my periods in the past. Plus I've still not had one.

Does it mess up ovulation? that's what I am worried about as we are trying for a baby..
