Hi princess Stevie did you change me instead of you?
I am hoping for an on plan day today going out for tea but friend knows I do sw and has done it so hoping for something sw friendly! Well done for being on plan yesterday I know that must have been hard

It's fine, just wanted to check how you had done yesterday. You are an inspiration think I would off scoffed all of my treat boxes yesterday if I had been you! Well done again!

Thanks hun. Contemplated it but didn't want to slip back into old habbits. Also contemplated starving myself for the rest of the night, but that didn't seem like a sensible option either. Just go to keep plodding on I guess. Thanks again xx
