Countdown Costs

Hi

Im going to rejoin sw tomorrow and was wondering what the cost of the countdowns are - can anyone help please? also does the 12 week one include membership?

Its 12 weeks til I go to centre parcs with the family / nieces and nephews so I want to be slimmer to get on that bike!

£49 for the 12 week, I bought mine last Tuesday! And you get a free book about slimming in summer which is quite handy!
