Hi would love to join you all.
I want to loose 1 1/2 stone taking me to 10st 7lbs
can not remember the time i was ever this weight have been up and down from 12/14 stone for the last 20+ years
i did get to 11.7 about 14 years ago but same old came off plan and back it came.
have signed up for life this time changing the way i live and eat and loving it.
not in any rush so 1lb a week average will do for me.
