Thanks ladies, yes I planned to have anything and everything and deal with it in September so I'm not upset or anything. It's so empowering to make the choice and plan exactly when to get back on plan I think. For me I would otherwise have ended up gaining anyway and then felt guilty, avoided group and drifted away.
