Countdown to Australia.

Hey guys I go to Australia 17 weeks tomorrow, Boxing Day. I have currently lost 3 stone 3.2lbs. If I am really good between now and then I would like to make that 7 stone before I go. I know it's a long way but it is manageable. 120 days 53lb. I want to look good to go out there. That means my target weight is 12st 9.8.

Gonna be hard work and I am going to need a lot of support and motivation. No falling off the wagon and messing up. I can't afford to have a day off.

So today's weigh in 16st 6.6 - 45.2 lost 52.8 to go

Really annoyed, spoke to my friend yesterday for her to tell me she might be going away the week I'm going with a guy she has know for a week. What to do? I'm tempted to go anyway, I'm sure even on my own I can entertain myself in australia
