    Good morning!

    I've noticed that some foods people are eating are not so limiting compared to CD.

    Are you eating what you want but counting carbs and ensuring you stay in ketosis?

    On the slim and save website there is a meal planner where you enter everything you've eaten and it let's you know that you're within calories and still in the ketosis safe zone.
