I've been NOT ONLY carefully counting calories, but also choosing healthier foods over junky foods and I've gotta say that I am just blown away by how well CC works!! Since I've started a few weeks ago, I've lost *drum roll please!*

TWENTY-FIVE POUNDS!! :D <3 Yaaaaay!!! And the crazy thing is: I just can not find the motivation to excersice. :( I do every now and then but I would love to work out EVERY DAY!! I need to try to focus on getting motivated to move my lazy butt. Any advice?

You will find your body will start to tell you when it is ready to do the exercise thing. For me it usually kicks in about 3 months after I've started to lose I get this huge energy burst and have to start moving more.

Wow, 25 POUNDS! Apperantly that's the same as an average two year old boy! Have you got a Wii? There's a lot of exercise games out now :)

Thanks ladies!! I don't have a Wii. I would love to buy one but I don't really have the extra money right now. So I guess I will just have to listen for my body to tell me to get up and mooove!! Other than the whole excercising thing, I feel fabulous. :) I just beat myself up now and then because I'm not working out. :( But it just seems like such a chore. :/ I know that sounds suuuper horribly lazy of me, but it's true. I do take walks every now and then but I haven't taken a walk in awhile. I am losing weight, definitely! My clothes are gettig bigger and I notice it in the mirror. I am excited for that, I just know I would be losing more if I were working out. But I will stop my whining and complaining and just very carefully listen to my body to let me know when I'm ready :) You ladies are all fabulous!! <3 :D

hi, great weight loss, if you fancy doing some excercises, have you tried you tube, there's some really good zumba one's(they're all free), some are only 10minutes long, all sorts of other exercises as well x

Congratulations on the weightloss!!! Why don't you start exercising slowly - get a pedometer and count your steps - work upto 10,000 steps a day?

What are Kettlebells? They/it sounds interesting! And the pedometer is a good idea! I know I have one around somewhere! I'll have to find it and try and walk 10,000 steps a day for a week, and then the week after maybe try 11,000? And keep uping my steps? I'm going to look for it today. :) Thanks for all your support and advice ladies!! I really, truly appreciate it! You all inspire me to do better!! Thank you for everything! I don't think I could do this without you ladies! :D
