Couple of questions

Hi everyone hope ur all well

I'm coming to the end of my fourth week and have add a meal next week but I did lapse and eat on Tuesday and according to the scales I've stayed the same although official weigh day is Tuesday. Shall I now do the add a meal week or shall I skip it because I ate on Tues?

Also this is a silly question I know but seeing as we can have vinegar and boiled eggs is a pickled egg ok to have? Ive made them myself and just think it would
Be easier than boiling one when I need to have a little extra without going off plan. I'm finding now that I'm craving food more than when I started maybe the novelty has worn off :(
