Hi,
I started SS+ today and have a couple of quick questions i would love a hand with!!
1. Do i need to drink more water cause i am eating 1 meal a day? Had 3 litres today should i have more?
2. My CDC told me to have a 200 calorie meal - protein and green/white veg. I had about 130 cals of chicken today and quarter of an ice berg lettuce, quarter of a cucumber and 2 spring onions. Is that much lettude allowed or should i have more chicken & less lettuce?
3. Are onions, tomatoes and mushrooms allowed?
4. Is there a thread with sample SS+ meals anywhere?

Thanks a million guys!!

b) 190g cod, haddock or other white fish
c) 250g steamed tofu
d) 200g quorn
e) 180g tuna (in water)
f) 225g cottage cheese (reduced fat)

Steamed, grilled, boiled. No sauces.

asparagus
broccoli
cabbage
cauliflower
celery
courgettes
cucumber
lettuce (all kinds)
spinach

your CDC should give you a booklet explaining all? Im on lipotrim again now sorry so cant remember the weight your aloud etc. But im sure it was about 120g skinless chicken and only 2 tbsp of green veg. you can have 1tsp of 2 things but no more? SS+ the meals are miniscule xx

(phew... the font went back to normal-ish in the actual message.. it was MASSIVE when I posted it!! :/)

anyway... I'm afraid that's all I really know about it... check out the CD website, ask your CDC for more advice, or hang around for a while longer, and I'm sure someone will give you better advice!! :D

All the best!

Thanks you guys!
Bloody hell - 2 tablespoons of letuce is nothing! I don't get how it's 200 calories so cause 120g of chicken is less than that! My CDC told me to have as much lettuce and celery as i like!
Hmm, maybe someone else has some answers?
Thanks for your help girls, didn't realise i could have quorn, is that all of the quorn products or just plain quorn pieces?

Too many carbs to be limitless I'm afraid. Same goes for the spring onion which isn't allowed at all. Didn't you get a book? If not, tell you CDC you need one.

The mince or the fillets are fine :)

Ahh i see - i am going to have to cut down on my portion size of the greens so cause i have been having a fair bit, knew it was too good to be true. Am going to stock up on the mince and fillets though - mince with some herbs and spices will be delicious! I guess even if i have had too much lettuce the last few days it won't do too much harm as am still eating sod all!!
Thanks for the help lovely people!!:p

Oh and apparently you are allowed mushrooms too, they just didn't print that in the book.
