Couple of Tesco Syn Values Needed Please

Morning Ladies and Gents,

Can anyone please tell me how many syns are in the following:

1) Tesco Value Strawberry Whip.

2) Tesco Value Lasange Sheets (I think these are free on green and EE but cant find them in my book?!)

3) Tesco Granola (Its basically a giant flapjack!)

Not sure if this is right but i found this

The lasagne sheets i cant find either but if they are dried am sure they work out as free.


The granola i couldnt find either but found this..

I found that straeberry whip too but thats not the right one unfortunatly, cant see there being much difference though.

I cant find either but all dried pasta is free whatever the shape,for the other things have you tried the online syns calculator ? if you dont have access i do so let me know the stats and i'll check them for ya !!
