Hi, Syn help for the following items please! both from Aldi!

Northern Catch 2 cajun style haddock fillets.
Values per half a pack - 152kcal, 27.6g protein, 6.1g carb, 1.9g fat, 1.0g fibre.

Worldwide foods couscous, coriander and lemon. 2 x 99g (serves 4)
value per serving - 173kcal, 6.9g protein, 32.7g carb, 1.6g fat, 3.4g fibre.

How big is the pack of fish?? Each portion in grams...?

The fish is 250g so each portion is approx 125g. I can't imagine it's many syns but would just like to know!!

The calculator says:

3½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
9½ Syns per package/portion on Green
3½ Syns per package/portion on Original
per 125g portion.

Thanks Laura! Though 3.5syns is more than I was expecting it to be as it seemed low fat!! Still not too bad though! Just hope its tasty!!
