    100g Dried cous cous
    1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp Schartz fennel seed tomato and basil salad shake or italian mixed herbs
    Salt and Pepper
    1/4 tsp dried garlic
    1/2 pint boiling water

    1. Add all the dried ingredients into a bowl and mix, then add the boiling water and lemon juice and leave to absorb.

    2. mash the cooked cous cous with a spoon until its a very thick almost dough like mixture, leaveing some of the grains whole.

    3. Heat a frying pan and spray with frylight. using a scone cutter, spoon some of the mixture in and push down until 1 inch thick, remove cutter and fry until golden brown on the outside and piping hot inside.

Serve with salads, meats, veggies, would taste great as a burger!

well I dont think it is as your using the cous cous in its cooked wet state. Its suppoed to be part of a meal aswell not just a snack and also its a similar thing to bean burgers so I dont think it would be misuse :)
