cous cous cake help

:cry:cous cous cake is not free says :cry:my consultant. She says its because we are changing it to sweet. "Help" I thought cous cous was free on either plan. How do you work the syns out.:sigh:​

If you search couscous / cous cous cake there are a few threads on whether it is free or not.

As long as you dont eat a whole one every day and as long as you find it doesnt ruin your losses I would count it as free. This is what I am doing as I dont have one all the time...its quick and easy to make.
I know someone that has recently joined SW class, but is following the plan as when corned beef was free (not anymore!) and he is still loosing weight!

Ive just made one funnily enough and topped it with nutella...put it in the fridge...delicious!!!
