Couscous points

Am I right in thinking couscous is 1pp per 10g as is the case for pasta etc?

Does anyone have any recipes?
Last night I made cous cous with raw carrot--yum yum, and tikka chicken I have. It was quick and easy does anyon have any ideas of other ways??
