After years on sw i have decided to try ww pro points.

Free food list downloaded
Lovely post by picklednut about pasta, rice and potato stored for future reference
23 points per day and 35 if needed per week.
I think being able to eat a lot of pasta rice and potato on sw is holding my weight loss back.

If i only use 19 of my 23 points in a day am i able to carry the 4 unused points over to the next day
As i say i am new to this so any advice would be great
