Breakfast - banana & 28g porridge (1/2 heb)

Snack - Pear

Lunch - Leftover lasagne (heb 85g ricotta)

Snack - Scanbran (1/2 heb) & 28g cheese (hexa)

Dinner - Veg stew with mixed pulses & rice pudding

Syns - 3 tsp jam -2 syns

Am having an Extra easy day today as pal coming over for lunch.

Breakfast - porridge (1/2 heb), banana & grapes

Snack - Pear, 1 scanbran (1/2 heb) & 28g cheese

Lunch - roast chicken, small jacket potato & mixed salad (cucumber, beetroot, cherry toms & mixed leaves)

Snack - Melon, kiwi & apple

Dinner - tbd

Syns - prob using some on a quick drink with friend
 
Had a few extra syns yesterday, kids made some DIVINE cookies and I just had to sample them, Tricky to syn up properly, so I guestimated upwards and syns for the day (plus a couple other bits) were 30. But I was way under on some other days, so still within my 105 for the week.
