Monday - red day

Skimmed milk tea/coffee (hexa)

Breakfast - 1 Weetabix (1/2 hexb) WW yogurt, summer mixed berries

Snack - Alpen light choc & fudge (1/2 hexb)

Lunch - wholemeal roll (hexb) l/f cheese (hexa) Mayo (1 syn) WW yogurt & mixed berries, apple

Snack - fruit salad

Dinner - KFC S/W chicken & salad,

Snack - crisps (5 syns) carrots, celery, sugarsnap peas & dip, fruit.
 
I see this SW KFC chicken all over the diaries...I am really gonna have to look it up and try it for myself!

Mmmm it's lovely, I done it with chicken breasts this time & cut them into strips :)

Tuesday - green day

Skimmed milk tea/coffee (hexa)

Breakfast - 'fried' (frylight) egg on toast (bread from 400g loaf 1/2 hexb) & banana

Lunch - picnic so sandwich with L/f cottage cheese, lettuce, tomato & cucumber (hexb), blueberries & apple.

Snack - apple & Alpen light choc & fudge (1/2 hexb)

Dinner - SW sweet potato chips, SW quiche with onions, mushrooms, courgettes, sweetcorn & pepper, beans & muller light yogurt.

Snack - crisps (5 syns) fruit & maybe a dip made with philli extra light (hexa) carrots & celery.
 
Wednesday - red day

Skimmed milk tea/coffee (hexa)

Breakfast - 1 Weetabix, l/f natural yogurt, summer berries & a few slices of banana (1/2 hexb)

Snack - harvest moon low calorie bar (1/2 hexb)

Lunch - carrot, celery, leek, coriander & cumin soup, muller light vanilla yogurt

Snack - melon, grapes & 1 Ryvita with extra light philli & Marmite (1.5 syn?)

Dinner - tuna steak with tomatoes, garlic, onion, lemon & mixed herbs, new pots & mixed veg (hexb)

Snacks - crisps (5 syns), sugar snap peas & fruit.
 
Friday (red day)

Skimmed milk tea/coffee (hexa)

Breakfast - lean bacon & egg sandwich bread from 400g loaf (hexb)

Lunch - salad, chicken breasts f/f dressing (1 syn?) grapes

Dinner - meal out at the Harvester - diet coke, salad (all free) l/f dressing (1 syn?) Gammon, jacket pot (butter 2 syns?) egg & peas (2 syns for oil?)

Snack - crisps (5 syns) fruit
 
2lb off this week :) & it's 'star' week 2. so 2 say I am chuffed is a massive understatement :).

Friday - red day

Skimmed milk tea/coffee (hexa)

Breakfast - 1 Weetabix, red berries, banana & yogurt (1/2 hexb)

Lunch - wholemeal roll (hexb) chicken thigh & drumstick (skin removed), fruit salad

Snack- apple

Dinner - chilli (no kidney beans) & yogurt

Snack - low cal Harvest moon bar, crisps (5 syns) apple, seafood stick, slice of ham
 
Saturday - red

Skimmed milk tea/coffee (hexa)

Breakfast - cheese on toast, mushrooms & tomatoes (hexa & 1/2 hexb), banana

Lunch - a few spoonfuls of carrot & coriander soup didn't really fancy it. 1.5 Ryvitas & cottage cheese (1/2 hexb) 4 seafood sticks, a slice of ham & a nectarine

Snack - apple, banana & slice of chicken

Dinner - BBQ pork steak, S/W chips with skin left on (hexb) salad. Meringue nest, blueberries, strawberries & red currents & muller light yogurt (2.5 syns)

Snack - crisps (5syns)

Still hungry :-( so going to grab a pear & something else syn free I think :) X
 
Omg, seriously had the munchies today, got a packet of biscuits out the cupboard but very proud of myself as I ate 2 then put them back (5 syns) then I had 2 Ryvitas with Marmite & extra light philli (3.5 syns) so gone over today but only by 1 syn so not too bad, could have been so much worse :) X
 
Sunday green day

Lunch - Ryvitas (2 syns) Aldi cheese triangles (hexa) pear, banana & muller light

Dinner - egg noodles, passata, garlic, chilli onions courgette, mushrooms & bacon (hexb) melon

Snack - crisps (5 syns) grapes

Breakfast - scrambled egg on 1 slice of toast & tiny bit of ketchup (1/2 hexb & 1 syn)

Lunch - wholemeal roll, cottage cheese & red onion (hexb) melon

Snack - cereal bar (1/2 hexb) apple banana

Dinner - chicken curry with peppers, carrots, onions, courgettes, & green lentils (only a few so 2 syns) meringue, strawberries & 1/2 muller light new york cheesecake (2.5 syns)

Snacks - crisps (5 syns) an orange
 
Tuesday - red day

Breakfast - Weetabix, banana, muller light, 1 slice toast & Marmite (hexb)

Lunch - egg, l/f sausage salad (1syn) apple

Snack - apple, nectarine

Dinner - chicken, jacket pot & a little marg (hexb & 1 syn) carrots, cabbage & leek, gravy (2 syn) new York cheesecake yogurt (1 syn)

Snack - crisps (5syns) fruit
