Me again and once again, confused......:wave_cry:

I was reading my booklet the other day and only just came across super speedy foods.. So due to far too much to drink on saturday, im trying to eat as much SS foods as possible and I noticed Tined Crab was a SS food but fresh crab is only a S food. Is this right or is it a misprint?

I think its because a whole crab consists of the white and brown meat. Brown crab meat contains a little fat. Canned crab is usually only white meat which is super lean, hence the SS status.

sorry only just back on today so here is recepie

Super Speed Soup

1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can baked beans
Handful of split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 medium carrots
2 parsnips
Green, red, yellow pepper
2 beef stock cubes
Salt & pepper
mixed herbs
water (enough to cover all ingredients)

Chop and put all veg in a pan and everything else, cover with water, bring to boil and simmer until soft can be left chunky or blended chunky is better, it also freezes - tastes great!
