Feeling Better
Morning Girls!
I am feeling better today less of in a grumpy and depressed mood re the weekend, you will all be happy to know! I have decided whats done is done and I can't change it now and I also can't loose the weight in time for the wedding so I have to shut up stop moanung and get on with it all!
I have decided not o ss or 790 for the next few days as all it will do is bring my glycogen down but then it will go straight back up as soon as I stop and I will probably bloat straight away! So Im just going to do my own weird healthy eating with a few packs thrown in sort of diet - which I know isnt exactly sticking to a plan but I think it is for the best!
SO last night I finished work and went to Sainsburys, I bought some cottage cheese, yoghurts, wholemeal bagels, fruit and some ham. The plan is to have a shake for brekkie + lunch with a yoghut + a piece of fruit thrown in. Then for tea it is going to be a jacket potato with cottage cheese or perhaps a bagel with ham then another yog or fruit etc. Last night however I ended up at someone house so had some lasange and salad followed by some jaffa cakes - not good but still that with 2 shakes is al lI had all day so in the grand scheme of things was good! GOt on the scales and have dropped 2lbs so I was obviously just bloated and retaining water from the weekend, still 10lb over dress weight but never mind it's my own fault!
I am off to Ireland as my flights to Turkey are from Belfast on Monday morning so I am going to stay with my "on/off/sort of/i have no idea whats going on anymore" ex boyfriend for the weekend first as he now lives over there. So no doubt we will go out for dinner etc etc as Im there from fri-monday so I know I will eat at leats this way I can make sure it is sort of healthy!
I know why I fell off the wagon and it's the same reason as always - I tell my self ok go out tonight have a few drinks, then as soon as I say that it's like right well don't waste your packs today you may as well eat and save them for when you can do the diet properly. Oh and don't forget you need to eat to line your stomach, so i eat and then eat when drunk. Sat morning tends to be me rushing to work in the salon so grabbing something from m&s as it is opposite. I never have time for lunch so I will normally grab a bite of my mums when she walks past, by the time i get home im hungry and Jag normally says lets go out for dinner and I think yup ok I've all ready broken the diet last night and Iv not eaten today so I eat. That mentalitly goes all the way through to sunday despite me saying over and over that I will re-start on sunday but I never do. I've decided though when Im back from holiday Im going to make a proper go of this 790/1000 plan as I think I need to have diet still but I also need to be 'allowed' to go out if I want (i know alcohol isnt actually allowed but you know what i mean) that way If I do it like that there is more chance of me sticking to it. I will 790 all week and if the need arrises do 1000 at the weekends.
I've got a busy month next month actually - get back from hol on the 2nd of Oct, 1st weekend I've got 2 birthday partys to go to on the Sat night! THe 2nd weekend I have to go to the wedding reception up in Newcastle again, then fly to ireland til Tuesday as I am seeing take that so thats a good 4 days off plan. But Im def going to 790 and just get on with and be good. I really want to shift this weight now, this stone is bugging me!!!! I have also promised you all that I will do it with you 100% when I'm back and I intend to!
On another note, Iv got a job interview on Friday morning as an Assistant Merchandier for a clothing company as well as my CDC phone interview!

Then got to do a manic wash,pack and shop for holiday before jumping in the car off to the land of the Oirish and get ready for my holiday woo hoo!!!!
Nathalie is happy today despite her trousers being a bit too tight grrrr
