Creme fraice substitute

Am making a recipe this evening that used creme fraiche which is quite high in syns and I wondered if there was an alternative.

What about fat free natural yogurt or quark?

I used to use the WW creme fraiche as that's really low (can't remember how much but something like 1/2 syn per tbsp?)

Great suggestion! I just checked Syns Online:

Weight Watchers, Creme Fraiche, Low Fat, 1 level tbsp = 0.5 Syns on all plans
