Creme Fraiche

Anyone have any ideas for using up Creme Fraiche?

The other half bought a HUGE pot at asda yesterday and Im not quite sure how to use it up as I only have one recipe I use it in.

Any sweet or savoury recipes would be greatly appreciated.

I normally just mix some in with pasta, tuna and sweetcorn.

Just as long as you're aware that it's not syn free. I think any recipe where you would use fromage frais or cream would be suitable.

I like it on a fresh fruit salad with a drizzle of honey, lovely...

I was hoping I could have sneaked it in syn free when I originally started buying it, like the v low fat fromage frais etc, as its very low fat creme fraiche too, but when I looked it up its 1.5 syns per tbsp - not too bad though I suppose.

I usually only use it in a chicken dish so it will make a change to use it in sweeter dishes.
